picture storage problem.

The husband is complaining the other day that I am doing picture overload with our CANON Digital IXUS digital cam’s memory card. Apparently, he saw that we’ve reached the maximum capacity despite having a 1GB built-in SD memory card. He’s suggesting that I get higher memory upgrade such a 4GB compact flash to store our pictures. He was surprised to see that some of the pictures stored were taken as early as February 2008. Can you believe that! More than five months-old pictures that includes special events like birthdays, anniversary, family travels local and international, and other momentous event in our lives. Tried to reason that I am keeping the pictures at my digicam for fear of capacity overload with my brand new laptop. Thus, I am asking hubby to buy me at least 20GB external hard drive before I delete pictures from my cam. Very wise wifey, don’t you think so?!

construction woes.

My contractor friend had a very bad experience last year with one of their clients who secured their services for building construction. Apparently, there were some misunderstandings happened half-way of the construction from the original architectural plan, building design, manpower allotment, third-party outsourced provider and most of all, funding. Some parts of contracts were not honored by the owner, which prompted my friend to file a case against his client. Sadly with almost one year legal battle, the building still not completed and my friend received less the agreed contract payment for the services rendered.

For the legal battle, I referred my friend to PROLIEN site I found on the net. A site that specializes legal services for construction business. At PROLIEN, the company assures filing of mechanics lein on behalf of the contractor for all the services rendered including labor and materials. The company also ensures that all legal aspects and rights covered depending on the specific laws of the State wherein the project is being implemented. Since the mechanic’s lien kinda confusing and elaborate from one state to another, it is very important to consult PROLIEN attorney hotline prior foreclosing of lien to ensure cost effective and efficient solution for your company. Truly another great web finds for contractors in dire need of legal assistance.

In need of financial assistance.

Inheritance is more often synonymous with somebody dying. And for the same reasoning, death means inheritance to specific individuals. Thus, if you are in line to receive an inheritance, then you need to wait for a person to die in order for you to get it. Sounds morbid? Yeah, in a way, but that is the fact.

But in some circumstances, the heir would be in need of financial assistance prior to any deaths Loan against inheritance… and that is where the value of Inheritance Funding Company would come in. The company provides cash advances to the heirs of each customer.

The value of the investment would be on the onset of the actual inheritance since the heirs would be benefiting from the company. Investments and proper management could be in place even before it is needed. And best part of this is that, the plan holder can even get a chance to “savor” the fruit of the investment while still alive. The plan holder, together with the heirs, can readily make something worthwhile prior to the actual inheritance. Now, how’s that for a real bargain?

sam the bday girl and sam, the sick girl.

We attended yesterday 4th Birthday Party of Samantha Dizon at Loyola Grand Villas. It was an awesome party with Hannah Montana party theme. Kudos to Mommy Rubai for another successful party of Sam! The balloon set-up was beautiful with a lot of kiddie carts provided by Yan-ple party shop. My sam enjoyed hopping from one kiddie cart to another. Enjoying the pizza and hotdog carts the most!

Sadly, we left the party quite early since Sam's running with a slight fever. After eating, I noticed she's in no mood to participate with the games and began to change her mood, from festive to grouchy mood . Quite unlikely because just few hours before, she was playing and joined all the games with so much enthusiasm. She even won a lot of looties for playing the game. But, looking how sick my sam was...I've decided to go home immediately and said our thanks and goodbye to our party host.

amanda, sam --the bday girl, and my sam!

Anyway as soon as we arrived home, Sam still no mood to play. Still with fever, she just played with the loots we got from Sam party. Despite not finishing the party, Mommy Rubai was very generous and gave us tokens and loots which made my daughter happy.

sam here cheking out her loots! (lo-batt and really sick na!)

As of writing, the little girl's fever ranges from 38-39C. It's been at this high for the past two days. Been giving her Tempra medication and a lot of soup but somehow she also lost her appetite. Tried bribing her Mc Do and Jollibee chicken, but it won't do the trick!

Oh I just hope she'll feel better tommorow. She already missed the enitre classes of June and she's been doing a lot of catching up eversince. Quite sad if she'll be absent again this week...she'll definitely miss a lot of school activities. Oh well, can't do anything but wait and see... If her fever persists until tomorrow evening, might bring her to the hospital. Oh..this is bad! Really hope she'll feel better soon.

getting insurance ... priceless

Peace of mind... priceless. cheap term life insurance only $1* for a $50,000 adult coverage! Great offer on the web, right?

Ever thought by just allocating $1 will give you and your family the security and peace of mind you'll ever need? With the high cost of living these days, the basic needs such as food, shelter and clothing are prioritized leaving the family with less or no room for insurance budget. People often prioritize buying car and have it insured than ensuring the life of the financial provider. Risky, don't you think so? Hence, it would be better if you secure your family's future by getting a term life insurance to avoid any potential problems or consequences such as worrying unpaid debts, medical bills and burial expense. Being prepared would be a better legacy to leave your loved ones. Don't you agree?
