back to school

Now that I’ve been a slave in the corporate world for more than a decade, sometimes I wish I can pursue my studies without my work or family to stop me from earning a bachelor’s degree. I’ve been meaning to go back to school for quite sometime now to finish my graduate school, unfortunately the present demands of my work won’t allow me to do so. My work schedule is hectic, most of the time I am out of the office, do courtesy calls or fieldwork to clients.

To pursue my dream at my own time, I am thinking of going back to school and earn a degree online. I've been very busy lately, checking out affordable and reliable online schools that will satisfy my career requirement. Of course I am more focused to business-related courses that will be helpful to my career growth. And now that I am determined to GO for it ... any suggestions for best online school?

Happy 3rd-month birthday, Migo!!

This is my baby migo. A real cutie.

At three months ...
... he enjoys kicking and stretching so much.
... can be held upright, can stand with support.
... when lying flat on his tummy, can hold his head and chest upright.
... follows people with his eyes across the room.
... becoming quite noisy, enjoys smiling and cooing
... brings his hands together and practices eye and hnd coordination
... can sit with support
... squeals with delight when happy
... sleeping habits finally improving and can sleep throught the night.

And the Mom, after three months of giving birth ... well, I finally shed off some pounds. Not yet back to my pre-preggo weight but slowly improving. Since I am back working too, I am exposed to a lot of strees lately. Good thing I know how to handle and fight stress. I have my ultimate anti-stress therapy, and that is shopping! Hahaha! Seriously, despite the demands of my work, I am lucky I don't need any anti aging vitamins. Vitamin supplements enough and of course, the joy of motherhood is more than enough.

preggy talks!

Preggy talks ... my favorite subject lately. I've learned so much about pregnancy since I just gave late last year to a baby boy. Though it was my third child pregnancy already, it seems everytime I do get pregnant, there's so many new things for babies. New studies and developments about child birth, new and up to date child rearing procedures, new medicine and even enhanced prenatal vitamins or supplements for pregnant women. Technology is really amazing! And since I've heard 2010 is a good year to have kids, I am happy to say four of my friends already expecting this year. Wow, baby boom!

shoe-happy

Happy again ... because my online loots already here. The package arrived last Saturday and was ecstatic to receive my order online, my Tory Burch Thong Sandal. Fits nice and looks so beautiful on my feet! Yes, this is a biased posts. Hahaha!

And aside from my Tory, got Miguel's shoes too. Gap sneakers and rubber shoes from Piperlime. Real cutie. Arrived just in time for his baptism tomorrow. Check it out below:

Off to my shoe-happiness ... need to search the web nice lighting fixtures for our patio. One of our night lamps busted again, need to find reliable and affordable replacement soon.

kid at heart

Any idea where I can get new games for xbox 360? One of our VIP client into xbox games and we can't find a perfect gift for him. Yes, at the age of almost 40, well respected man in the telecommunications industry, IT guy for two decades, married and with two kids ... is still a kid at heart. We've been giving him for several years the usual stuff like shirts, ties and wines but this time, we want to give him something different. Something he loves and so passionate about ... and that is either xbox game consoles or newly-released games for his toy gadget. Perfect. So, any suggested website?

I like ...

I am supposed to be on a purse ban since we will be doing a lot of travelling this year. But, when I saw this eye-candy ... I like! I like! So love the size. Perfect shopping tote. Fresh and eye-catchy color plus it comes with a wallet! It was offered to me by one of my bag suppliers at $800 a year ago, and I didn't bother to grab the chance for fear of non-durability of course. Functional .. yes, but made of flimsy material which is why I had second thoughts of owning one. But then, lately ... I was convinced it is indeed a durable bag (just like my Neverfull MM). Now I so like ...and the ultimate question ... which color this time? Red or Yellow? LOL.
