summer time

It's officially no more school for the kids. It's summer time! No more books, no more classes and no more assignments. The kids can just sleep, sleep, sleep, play, play, play and watch TV all day! And of course, it is the perfect time of the year to go out and have some fun under the sun! So I am thinking of checking out Branson vacations for possible relaxation and crecration for the entire family. Lovely summer homes at affordable prices and great locations. Now I am really excited! I just wish there's also summer break with pay from work. Hahaha, and that would be even perfect! (yeah, wishful thinking!) Enjoy your summer vacation people!

color dilemma

And what color this time? Yes, I am torn again what color to get for my upcoming Goyard bag order. In fact, I am in dilemma. Since my Goyard bag suppliers (yes, suppliers) told me that the bags will be arriving by early next month, I need to decide what color, size and style to get.
I've already settled the bag style decision, which is another St. Louis (because of it's functionality and practicality). And for the size, definitely PM this time (since I already own a GM-size) and now for the color ... well, they all look lovely and fab!! I am torn getting yellow (my fave), a white (which I think really hot, hot, hot for summer!) and pink (the new "in" color). Believe me,these colors really gorgeous IRL. As much as I want to get all, of course I can't afford it. Thus I have to settle with just one. I am leaning to get YELLOW but ... well, let's see. I've got couple of weeks to decide anyway.

And to divert my attention with my bag color dillema, think I need to pursue my search on acne light treatment. My sister heard about this new scientific blue light treatment for acne that is safe, painless and heals fast, and she's crazy about it. She's detemined to pursue the treatment asap and I wonder if this is available locally. What do you think?

Trip to Disneysea

Of course our upcoming trip to Japan will definitely include a one-day visit at the famous theme park: Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea. And since we've been to Disneyland twice already (Hongkong and Florida), the husband and I would like to experience Tokyo Disneysea : "Where adventure and imagination set sail "

The "Land Park" and "Sea Park" are each divided into 7 theme areas, so there's a huge choice of where to have fun. In DisneySea Park, it has dynamic attractions with the waterfront creating an amazing ambiance. Now I am excited! Then, I look forward to catch the magnificent parades by Mickey Mouse and his friends. And finally, watch the firewroks display to recap my stay.

For accommodations, I haven't decided yet if will book hotels near the resort or get one at Tokyo city. Wish there's available houses like the Outer Banks rentals near the Disney resort for convenience and ease of travel. I really hope so.

lost in translation in Japan

In a few weeks time, the husband and I will be off to the Land of th Rising Sun, Japan. I am so excited! I've been begging the husband to take me here for the past two years since I've heard fabulous raves and stories about Tokyo. And for our sixth-year post-anniversary trip, finally ... the husband said yes.
So here I am now, busy as a bee checking sights and general information about Tokyo city, a little bit lost in translation for transportation and directions, but very eager and excited for our upcoming trip. We are booked by end of March for a five-day trip to enjoy the sights, historical attractions, high-end shopping and the food of Japan! (believe me, I am more excited with the sushi and ramen trip! LOL)

Part of the itinerary I've prepared includes a day trip at Tokyo Disneysea, visit my favorite character at Hello Kitty Land, a day trip at Imperial Palace, Tsukiji Market and Tokyo Tower, probably check out epson tm-t88iv at Akihabara's gadget town, Shopping at Ginza and of course stroll along the Shinjuku Garden to enjoy the beauty of Hanami Festival or most commonly known, the Cherry Blossom Festival. Whew, so many things to do eh? Hope we can squeeze all these to-do trips in our five day visit. Wish me luck.

my first G.

... was a Goyard St. Louis in PM size.
As I previously blogged, this is my third bag for the month of February. It was mine for seven days, until I've decided to sell it and get myself a bigger size. Well, don't get me wrong ... the PM size is A-Ok. That is, if you are petite. But, since I am on the heavy-weight side, I find the PM size too small for my body frame. Hence, I've decided to upgrade to GM size.
Goyard St. Louis' PM size in yellow

Sadly, my other Goyard supplier don't have any GM size available in yellow, but was able to get the next best thing color... black/tan combination. Love it to bits! So krissy. Hahaha!
Goyard St Louis' GM in cuir/noire color

And for my next Goyard project ... one more St. Louis. Still in GM size. But this time, I vow to get my fave color ... yellow. Well, that would be few months from now then. *wish, wish*

the baghag ...

... yes, I am a baghag wannabe. If I only have unlimited funds, you will see bags, and more bags in this blog ... aside from travels, of course! And for the month of February, I splurged on getting three (3) awesome bags in just one month! Whoa...yes, three bags in one month. Allow me to share two of my great finds below, bags without breaking your bank account! While the other one ... well, that deserves a separate post. Hahaha! So, here it goes ...

Longchamp Le Pliage Limited Ed Eiffel Tower : Navy/White color, Medium, Longhandle. Been waiting for quite a long time for a friend to go to Paris to grab one for me, but no such luck, can't find this bag. Late December 2009, I was told this LC bag available at Sogo, HK. As I begged a good friend to grab one for me, no such luck, no stocks available when she went at Sogo. Anyway, out of frustration, bought my LC at Nordstrom online. A little pricey compared in Paris, but what the heck...really love (and desperate) to own one! Hahaha!

LeSportsac Weekender Bag : Asked my kumare Jane to get this bag from Guam as I was told it's a lot cheaper to get it there compared to Rustan's Mall. As I needed a nice diaper bag for my little boy, I decided to get this uber fashionable bag instead. I just purchased the diaper bag converter from Beabi store and voila! instant diaper bag. Coolness, huh?!

And for my third bag for the month ... well, that deserves a separate special post. Much pricey compared to the bags above. Hahaha! So pricey that I need to let go two of my pre-owned LV bags to give way to my new G bag. Though, no regrets! I love upgades. tee-hee!

Ok.. enough of bag talk, need to browse wedding invitations design samples for my brother. He's planning to get married late this year and I am tasked to be their wedding coordinator on their special day, for Free! Of course, who am I to say no. Ciao, for now!
