Remember my previous post about almost buying the LV Alma Epi here. Well, I should have done it! I should have bought it that day ... I should have walked away that night with the bag in my hand. I should have seized that moment, focused my attention on purchasing the LV bag and was not distracted. All should have been now ... it could have saved me P4k more.
With the global price increase of LV bags (both online and shops), the LV Manila recently increased its price effective last Sunday, Sept 7. I was really sad (and almost hated myself!) when I learned yesterday about their recent price increase. I was ready to purchase the bag last Sept 2, but I didn't pursue it! For short, I am totally "blame-able" for this! Kakainis ...
Anyway, since I was so focused to get my bag yesterday ... I still bought the bag despite their price increase. After doing some calls in LV HK (checking price and inventory), and found out only ONE black alma bag left at the entire LV shops at HK (Ocean Terminal to be exact), I've decided to take the plunge. Kahit mahal! Waaahhh!! My HK trip this coming October can't wait. Moreover, I don't want to go and wait for my trip and be disappointed again if no stock available. So talagang buy na and atat ... Hahaha!
Now, I am LV-happy... satisfied and contented that finally got my baby I've been eyeing for weeks. Despite paying more (due to my own folly), I am now at peace. I've got the bag, finally. The contentment. Priceless. Hahaha! Happy that I got my early Christmas present for myself. Very early indeed. I vowed not to buy anything on my upcoming HK trip. Nor any LV bags for the year. This is my last purchase. Really...for the year. lol.
Btw, hubby still not aware with my new purchase. He's still in Cebu and will be back tonight. Did something impulsive and foolish (again) while he's away. lol. I know he won't mind, because I bought it out of my own money. Out of my sales incentive and budget, of course. Kaya, he won't really mind. Hahaha! Now I am LV-happy! Paid more but definitely LV happy....

Can you check the price of Hamstead Azur for me in HK? Mauna ka sa akin pumunta eh. Dicky now understands my cravings and he said one more bag daw for the year! So if ever, gift ko sa sarili ko yung "C" then sa kanya ko hihingin yung pambili ko sa HK! Pero may budget lang na binigay sa akin eh. Treat nya sa pagiging AVP ko! Bwahaha! Tsaka hello, I'm doing a lot for him for his rotary activities, kasi di na nya magawa kaya bayad daw nya sa akin. I'm so happy!

Sarap naman may expect ka pa LV xmas gift from Dicky, ako wala na. Ayaw na nya ako ibili ng bag this year. Tama na yun 2 LV bags he got for me at Hawaii last time. Nahiya naman ako. Pero best buy yun..he got it mura pa at P40=$1. Kaya I plan to ask watch na lang sa pasko. lol.

this is the same bag i want, too, but it's still out of stock on both stores here in Dubai. so i guess i'll just have to wait na lang since nagpa-reserve na ko on both stores.

Yes medyo sad ako kasi I paid additional P4k for the bag. Kainis kasi my fault talga...should have bought it that day. Dala ko naman card ko, ready na to swipe....na-distract lang ako :( Sayang din P4K noh?! Hmmmp. Pero knowing waitlisted sa pila pala dyan sa Dubai, and baka pagdating ko HK wala na din, eh yun pala price tag ng "atat" factor ko. Priceless! Hahaha!
Btw gracie girl, super naiintriga ako...how much nga ba LV sa Dubai? Just want to check the price difference...how much ALMA or Sppedy 30? They all say mura Dubai kaya medyo naintriga ako eh :)How mura yun mura? Sample price at conversion rate naman :)

Actually quite disappointing talaga kasi I am ready to purchase it based on a week ago price. Then ready naman ako. Di ko pa ginawa. I want to kick myself that day! But syempre, since I am dead serious getting black bag for office use, with my eyes (and wallet) closed, I dared to take it!
Kaya lesson ito sa mga gusto bumili ng LV, if you are ready ... go for the kill! Promise, pataas ng pataas yun price ng bag. Hahaha!

And would you believe I called LV HK while talking to the sales assistant here in Manila to check price and available stock sa stores. Kaya ko nalaman na isa black epi na lang available sa HK. Graabbee! Nawala yun pagtitipid ko ...grab ko na talaga. Hihihi!
Wow another LV Bag! I Love it Jacqui! It's really the perfect work bag. Re the price increase, I was there in G4 awhile ago with hubby and we inquired about the price increase. Hay, it's true nga. I was eyeing kasi a bag for Christmas (c/o hubby of course hehehe). Now, im kinda hoping the prices by then won't increase that much :(

masakit sa bulsa and isipin ... pero after almost one week, i was able to get over the extra amount I paid. From P64K ... naging P68K. Kainis. Inisip ko na lang tax yun binayaran ko! hahaha! ayan..atat kasi.
